5 a.m. weekend (vampire weekend)

Over the last 2 days, I have successfully ruined my sleep schedule by going to bed at absurd hours and waking up well into the afternoon.

I believe I have tasted more dry night air than humid day air by a margin as large as 4 to 1.

So now, all that I can do is smile, catch up on homework and be thankful that there are things to bring me joy in life.

Last night, Celina explained that she would rather be struck by lightning than hear thunder because it might mess up her hearing.

Then we proceeded to play Wii, which apparently can work although there is gamecube disk jammed in there. But hey, who is complaining?

Either way, I just want to say thank you God for people. For Stefani, Korey, Jacob, Celina, Chelsea, Danielle, Jessica, Sarah Moseley, Gabby, Jimmy, Leah, Ashley and David Smith, the midgets on tv at 2 a.m., Allison, Solomiya and Luke.

All of you put a smile on my face, and has left no doubt in my mind that this university in the middle of nowhere was and still is in fact the place for me.
